Does hypnosis work for motivation and working out?
Filed under hypnotizingJun 4I’m looking to get hypnotized to get more motivated in my business and working out..any info and what to look for would be great.

Yes hypnosis is great for changing behavior.

To my mind I think there are three methods.
1) You could see a hypnotherapist.
2) You could use self-hypnosis yourself (see the link below)
3) You could use some NLP techniques (see the link below)For something this specific I would be tempted to start with option 3. If you’ve never heard of NLP, then checkout the second link below – there is a lot of useful info, and motivation is something that NLP is very useful for.

There are a number of options available to you. Hypnosis is likely to be the most expensive, with repeated sessions usually being necessary.
Why don’t you try subliminal methods or other ‘self-hypnosis’ techniques.
There’s stuff all over the internet. Just Google ‘self hypnosis’ or ‘subliminal software’. I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for.
