You need to do a course in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy and/or Counselling as a starting point.
Look up any local courses in your area for Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy on-line or ask at your local library.
Atleast this is how it’s done in the UK, maybe it’s different where you are from. Either way you can type in google “Hynotherapy classes/courses near in London” for example and you’ll be amazed at how many course there will be and how many people are interested in helping you avhieve your goals.
Wow, that’s a good one – I considered myself a few years ago.
To ppl who don’t understand hypnotherapy – it’s about more than “magic spells” and “tricks”, it is also actually a serious profession and technique used by many top doctors, psychologists and therapists around the world to HELP people.
Good Luck matey! http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=hypnotherapy%20courses&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
I would check with the National Guild of Hypnotists (www.ngh.net) as they have a referral list for trainers.
The other thing you can do is check your local library for book on the subject. There are many out there.
Also, if you don’t already know, hypnosis isn’t the mystical power things that Hollywood would have you believe. It is nothing more than a focused state of concentration. A hypnotist does not hypnotize someone (they do that themselves), a hypnotist is only a coach/guide. Hypnosis will not make someone do anything against their will or morals.
