Yes hypnotism is a real thing. It should only be done by professionals and only to help the patient. One thing people don’t know is that when youre hypnotized you won’t do anything thats immoral to you. For example, if the doctor asked you to kiss him/her you wouldn’t, but if they asked you to explain your thoughts, you would. Hope that made sense.

it can be done using a series of subliminal messeges, over time a person will become suseptable to these messeges and voila! their hypnotised

Yes. I’ve been hypnotized, and I’ve also done regressions on people. It works.
