Our minds are powerful. Hypnotherapists know this. Faith-healers know this. Any modality which taps into this power is neither intrinsically good nor bad. However, the application can either foster dependence and low self-esteem, keep people from getting the medical? care they need and fail to provide adequate follow-up or it can empower people, bolster their self-esteem,
