    I asked this question around and been pondering on it and I probably know part of the answer what I should do.Many times I was given suggestions that robbed me of my self confidence.For example:
    I am too fat,dumb, don’t have enough education, I’ll never amount to anything, I’ll never learn, I am stupid, I am retarded, I’ll always be that way,I don’t know how to do anything right.

    You know I was hypnotized when I was given some of these negative post hypnotic suggestions and without realizing, it formed a false belief in my subconscious mind.Today, I may still be responding to those false beliefs thus causing low self esteem and a lack of self confidence.

    So, what should I do now? Do you think the hospital mental health staff can evaluate me, give me advice, protect me against harming myself?

    The most common hypnotic techniques are the following: fixed-gaze induction or eye fixation, rapid induction, progressive relaxation and imagery, and loss of balance.

    In fixed-gaze induction or eye fixation, the goal is to get the subject to focus on an object so intently that he tunes out any other stimuli. As the subject focuses on the object such as a pocket watch, the hypnotist talks to him in a low tone, lulling the subject into relaxation. This method was very popular in the early days of hypnotism, but it isn’t used much today because it doesn’t work on a large proportion of the population. In rapid induction, the goal is to overload the mind with sudden firm commands. By using forceful commands, the hypnotist is able to convince the subject to surrender his conscious control over the situation.

    The method for hypnosis most commonly employed by psychiatrists is progressive relaxation and imagery. Here, the hypnotist speaks to the subject in a slow soothing voice, gradually bringing on complete relaxation and focus, and easing the subject into full hypnosis. The loss of balance method, on the other hand, creates a loss of equilibrium by using slow and rhythmic rocking.

    Although suggestions for relaxation are generally part of the hypnotic induction procedure, people can respond positively to hypnotic suggestions while engaged in vigorous physical activity. You simply have to learn how to hypnotize people by using various techniques.

    Hypnotism or more commonly known as hypnosis, is a mental state or set of attitudes usually caused by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction, which is composed of a series of preceding instructions and suggestions. Hypnotic suggestions may be delivered by a hypnotist to a person or a subject (experiment), or may be self suggested (auto suggestion). In this article I’m going to share with you one of the methods used by hypnotists so that you can get to know how to learn hypnotism.

    5 Steps Guide: How To Learn Hypnotism

    1. Use a smooth talking voice. This won’t be your regular speaking voice but rather a tone you would use with a sleepy and tired child. The more relaxing and softer your voice, the faster you can hypnotize someone.

    2. Have your subject take a deep breath, and slowly let it out. While she expels air, make her close her eyes. Then starting with the top of her body, talk to her silently so that you can bring her into a relaxed stage. For example, you can say, “Feel your shoulders. Relax your shoulders and feel them become heavier and heavier. They are loose. There is no tension in your shoulders.”

    3. Praise your subject in a comfortable voice at every step as this is the most important part. Hypnotism can be pretty scary for people who don’t know what to expect next. Let your subject know everything is just fine and she’s doing everything right and correct as it will help her to stay relaxed.

    4. Continue with the first three steps until you know she is hypnotized. You might have to make her relax her body parts several times as most people may take about 10 minutes to enter a hypnotic state. Signs of hypnosis are: loose, droopy muscles; slightly twitching arms or legs; changes in breathing; or eyelids that flutter.

    5. Make suggestions when she is hypnotized (hypnotic suggestions).The suggestions can be serious or humorous. In this stage, please be ethical to ask something from her or someone as that person will be in a “hypnotic trance” and easier to influence. When you are ready to release her from the hypnotic state, simply say, “When I count to three, you will open your eyes and feel refreshed and active. One, two, three.”

    Before we begin learning almost how to master the astonishing power of hypnotic suggestions, I suffer a minimal confession to make. At first I did not get it. I though that if I did a nice fancy time induction, and had someone in a state of affairs of ‘trance’ too was it, they got hypnotized. If you look at specific of my formerly hypnosis YouTube videos you’ll see that too was in essence all I did, no suggestion, no hypnotic phenomena at all! And how a squander the current was! Next you need to give your suggestions. How do you do this? There are three crucial laws that you should follow as much as possible to ensure your suggestions stick. 1.     2. Keep them positive. By this I really mean make sure that by following your suggestions you hypnotized subject will benefit. You could say’ in a moment I will become invisible’ and this may work, but if you said ‘in a moment I am going to disappear, become totally invisible, and this will NOT frighten or scare you, it will amaze you and fill you with a powerful and long lasting surge of confidence and pride, knowing that because i, who am standing right here, are totally invisible to you you know that you can accomplish anything if you set your mind to it.” This will have a hugely greater chance of success as it is connected to positive emotions, people act in their own self interest, and as feeling good and becoming more successful it in peoples self interest, they will do anything to make it happen.Hypnotizing Videos

    3. Thirdly, find a reference experience. People experience all hypnotic phenomena in everyday life, so talk about this when you give your suggestions to teach people how to respond the way you want them to, ie for amnesia you could talk about natural mind blanks, for invisibility you could speak about just not noticing things you are looking for, for confidence you could talk about natural mastery over certain easy things, eg breathing. In this video I hypnotized a bodybuilder while visiting a gym in California. I had hypnotized one of the gyms front desk attendants the day before (after I had finished my workout). When I returned to the gym the next day, I found that many people had been talking about my impromptu hypnotism demonstration. The instant I entered the gym, several people approached me to ask me about hypnosis and hypnotherapy. As I discussed hypnotism and the induction methods of various hypnotists such as Erickson and Elman, I noticed a bodybuilder standing just a few feet away. He was straining to listen to our conversation. Based on his obvious interest, I immediately offered him the opportunity to be hypnotized, which he accepted eagerly. So, I got my camera out of the locker room, and asked one of the bystanders to film my interaction with Joe, the bodybuilder, who I hypnotized by rapid induction, in front of several of the people who had been asking me questions about hypnosis techniques and how to learn hypnosis (you see them at the end of the video standing nearby, clapping).     Post hypnotic suggestion can be described as a hypnotic guide that will call certain action activated by certain behaviors or triggers.

    1. Further Explanation

    Explained more, post hypnotic suggestion means you will take whatever suggestion the hypnotist gives during hypnosis session and you will apply that suggestion to every day of your life.

    For example: when the hypnotist say to you while you are in hypnosis session,” you are brave” that doesn’t mean you are expected to feel brave only when you are in hypnosis state, but you will feel brave after the hypnosis session onward without the need to consciously check yourself.

    2. Five Steps to Install Post Hypnotic Suggestion

    The first step to install post hypnotic suggestion is to induce trance state. During this step you want to introduce beliefs and value that will motivate your subject to give response to his/ her new behavior.

    The second step is to give suggestion. You can give suggestion directly or indirectly. In this step you will frame and presuppositions. And most importantly you will set a trigger for your subject.

    The third step is to create some amnesia. There are many ways to create some amnesia: you can use story, nested loops, language pattern and more. Choose one method that you have been mastered.

    The fourth step is to go back to the first trance state that you started. In this step you will seal the suggestion you have given above, so the suggestion will take a root in the mind of your subject and will not disappear.

    And the final step is to build self-esteem to your subject. Building self-esteem is important for your subject since this will give them boost in reason to do what the new behavior has been suggested.
