Conversational hypnosis would seem to offer the possibility that you could discover how to hypnotize someone without them knowing it. If you are the kind of person that likes to take control off their own lives and really wants to get the most out of every opportunity then learning conversational hypnosis promises to be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.
If it’s true? So is it?
Often, when you talk to someone about something like conversational hypnosis their eyes glaze over and they start treating you like some sort of pet. This is because, in keeping with pretty much 90% of the population, they think you’re some sort of freaky hippie, barely clinging on to the fringes of reality. This is because they mistakenly believe that the idea that you can hypnotize someone without them knowing it is utter drivel.
However, not only do they not understand the reality of conversational hypnosis but the fact that they don’t, actually helps the skilled hypnotist to hypnotize them. Conversational hypnosis is based upon clinical evidence, scientific methodology a wealth of case history. It is a fully proven technique based upon the work of well respected psychologists and linguists such as Milton Erickson, Richard Bandler and Igor Ledochowski (to name but a few). Not only that but hypnosis has been widely used around the world for thousands of years for the treatment of numerous psychological, behavioral and even medical conditions.
Despite a popular misconception that hypnosis only works for you if you believe in it (like some kind of placebo effect) the opposite is in fact closer to the truth. In order to qualify this statement you need to understand a little about how conversational hypnosis works.
Conversational hypnotists are able to use verbal patterns to induce something called the “open trance” in people they talk to. This is no big deal and is actually an extremely common state of mind for most of us. However, whilst you are distracted in this way, the hypnotist is able to implant suggestions into your subconscious mind. However, in order to do this they need to overcome what is called the “critical factor”. The critical factor is simply the psychological defense we all have (to a varying degree) that protects us from irrational assumptions. Now my critical factor is particularly attuned to hypnotic patterns because I am acutely aware of their use. I know that they exist, and am aware of others attempts to use them on me. I can still be hypnotized but am not an ‘easy target’. However if, like most people, I knew nothing about conversational hypnosis and actually thought hypnosis was a load of bunkum I wouldn’t have that defense mechanism to such a degree. Essentially it would probably be easier for a hypnotist to overcome my critical factor and consequently easier to hypnotize me without me knowing it.
So as you can see the person who does not believe in conversational hypnosis is possibly more susceptible to hypnosis than someone who does accept its validity. Conversational hypnosis does not rely upon belief, it is reliant upon the accurate use of predetermined phrases, gestures and carefully executed body language.
That’s all very well but why would you want to hypnotize someone without them knowing it?
Well, can you imagine what it would be like to go into any social situation knowing that you are in full control of how other perceive you? What would you do if you could guarantee that people would not only like and respect you but would also be willing to do most things that you ask. What if you could walk into any business meeting or interview knowing that you can control the conversation and that you can steer other peoples decision making processes in your favor if you like. For those who have discovered and use conversational hypnosis technique this is a practical reality. However if most people they spoke to were also aware of those techniques then to process, whilst still possible, would be relatively harder to effect. Therefore, not only is it possible to use conversational hypnosis to hypnotize someone without hem knowing it but their ignorance of the process is actually a significant contributory factor to it’s success. If you are a real man that would like to seduce beautiful girls the idea of being able to add hypnosis to your technique probably sounds like a great idea. As many of you reading this will know conversational hypnosis enables you to use language to hypnotize girls as part of your seduction technique. Before anyone accuses me of misogyny, and for those who are not so familiar with conversational hypnosis, these techniques are not designed to make anybody do anything or behave in a way that they don’t want to. Conversational hypnosis is all about making the most of yourself and presenting an irresistible personality so that other people want to do as you ask. It is all about persuasion and influence, not coercion. If the experience is unlikely to enrich either your own or the girls life then don’t do it. If you use conversational hypnosis unethically it is unlikely to work for a start and is not an acceptable use of this valuable skill.
What we are going to discuss here are the kind of patterns you can use as part of good conversational hypnosis seduction technique. As a therapist and practitioner I tend to use these patterns in other contexts on a daily basis. I have also used them in my own personal life and have been stunned by their effectiveness. Obviously the patterns discussed here are extremely condensed and, if simply repeated verbatim, will be both highly conspicuous to the girl in question and will actually make you look a bit of a jerk. This will not help you hypnotize girls.
Therefore it is assumed that you already have some knowledge of conversational hypnosis technique. The persuasion strategies outlined here should form part of a normal conversation but your focus should be the effective delivery of hypnotic language. In a real world setting you will still need to establish solid rapport and captivation. You should hypnotize girls with careful reference to your signal recognition system and will need to bind, future pace and amplify the thoughts as part of the hypnotic seduction.
These patterns are not intended to be delivered as they are written but should rather be woven into the natural flow of conversation. In order to deliver them effectively you will need to be familiar with the concepts of charisma patterns, tonal control and cadence. The open trance should be well maintained and the seeding of hypnotic ideas fully underway before incorporating these more advanced patterns. That being said these patterns will really help your efforts to hypnotize girls.
In order to assist the focus of your delivery I’ve taken the liberty of highlighting the hypnotic language. Every girl you encounter will be a different person and you will need to carefully judge your pace depending upon the circumstances. Remember to focus upon the repetition of seeding hypnotic ideas and bear in mind the laws of successive approximations and compounding effects. However as very broad rule of thumb I would anticipate these patterns should be woven into a conversational hypnosis delivery of between 20 to 40 minutes.
That being said let’s start.
Firstly you need to seed the idea that she actually likes you. Now much of this should already be a given, based upon your rapport building and use of generic rather than hypnotic language. However there’s no substitute for getting right to the point within pattern delivery. Try something like:
“You …Like Me will probably look back to days like today and see it as the start of something wonderful in your life.”
Now where talking about hypnotic seduction here and we all know where that leads so don’t be shy. Use some gratuitous sexual body language to anchor this pattern. An open hand resting near your groin should get the point across. Remember your basics. You want to start “stacking realities” and creating “future memories” so get more patterns in like this:
“sometimes, when you look back you can see that this is the start of a great new adventure“
You can purposefully conflict tenses here. Not only will this carry greater subconscious impact it will also intensify open trance. Remember to hypnotize girls you need to combine and adapt good technique. As your captivation of her builds you need to start creating a bind between cause and effect that reinforces the idea that being with you makes her happy.
“I don’t know about you but now with me it seems funny that the more you try to put things behind you, like me you end up getting more and more excited about what you are starting now. . . .”
Delivery is everything with a complex script like this. By switching referential index and building the “more yo do X then more Y happens” cause and effect this sentence is heavily laden with hypnotic language. Trance must be deep and contextualization is paramount as this pattern requires precise delivery. However, if your signal recognition system is telling you that trance is happily erratic you can really start compounding effect.
“Now with me I find that when you meet someone you just want to be with, get to know them well and feel you are having a really great time. With me it’s like you never want to be apart. . . .etc . . etc”
As you can see this is pretty heavy stuff full of embedded commands and switched referential indexes. There really is no substitute for experience in judging the length and intensity of this kind of pattern. Generally speaking I find that short burst of heavy hypnotic language like his inter-dispersed with light banter works well. As we know some are more susceptible to embedded command than others and you will have to use your judgment to decide how much repetition and reinforcement you need to hypnotize girls you are interested in.
Now at this stage, if you are content that embedded commands have been absorbed, you really need to focus on binding and amplify the emotional connection she is building to you. For example:
“Sometimes you find yourself thinking of that person at odd moments like when you switch the kettle on or have a drink”Again you can reinforce this statement with obvious body language. Point to yourself to indicate that the person she is thinking of is actually you. Furthermore you are suggesting that she thinks of you when she does a very common and mundane task. Better still the actions you have chosen turning the kettle on and having a drink are associated with relaxation points in her day. You are associating thoughts of you with relaxing pleasant breaks in her day and she is likely to think of you often.
However, there’s no need to stop there. You can now amplify this association.
“This is a great feeling because when you meet someone you really like if you, like me are a romantic person you get a great feeling deep inside that gets stronger and stronger every time you take a sip or turn that switch on.”
If you meet this girl in a bar she will probably be sipping her drink as you talk to her. Your on a roll so maintain your action frames and continue like this and you will hypnotize girls successfully. In my experience, given proper conversational hypnosis technique, you can more or less be assured that she will want to give you her number or will actually ask for yours. You can leave the meeting safe in the knowledge that she will almost certainly call you in the next day or so.
I’m not saying that your attempts to hypnotize girl will go perfectly every time, Especially as you perfect your hypnosis techniques. But, just as with any other skill, the more you practice conversational hypnosis the more accomplished you will get.

Hypnotize Yourself Right Now – 10 Steps To Hypnotize Yourself Today

I want to show you a really interesting technique to hypnotize yourself. It is known as the Betty Erickson technique as she devised it to hypnotize yourself. Betty’s husband Milton Erickson is someone I have referred to on several occasions in my work as a renowned hynotherapist and psychiatrist and someone whose work seems to hypnotize me all the time. This technique to hypnotize yourself is entirely attributed to her.
Hypnotize Yourself Betty Erickson Method:This method to hypnotize yourself is based on the following premises and ideologies. While there are a number of counter-examples to these notions, they will be of value in understanding and utilizing this method to hypnotize yourself.
We think our thoughts in pictures, sounds and feelings.
When we think in pictures we refer to the external things we see and the internal images that we create. This includes remembered images (“What does your bedroom look like?”), constructed images (“What would it look like if it were redecorated?”), as well as the actual, real things we see about us.
When we think in sounds these are the things we hear and the internal sounds that we create. This includes remembered words or sounds (“Think of your favourite pop song”), imagined words or sounds (“Imagine that song being sung by someone else”), and also includes your internal dialogue as well as all of the real, actual, live sounds around us.
Thirdly, are the things we feel. These can be actual physical sensations or imagined ones. Can you imagine being at the seaside and paddling in the cool sea?
Most of us use one of these ways of thinking more than the others; though we each use all three of them. Since this is usually the case, an individual who “thinks” in images wouldn’t hypnotize themselves the best simply by visualising.
Focused Attention:
Stereotypical images of hypnotists holding watches or other fixation devices for clients to stare at are the result of much misunderstanding about hypnosis. I for one have long ago banished my velveteen smoking jacket and watch on a chain for more modern methods of hypnotic induction! The experience of hypnosis is typically an inwardly focused one in which we move away from the environment around us and turn our attention inward. This technique to hypnotize yourself is doing that even more.
Hypnotize Yourself Technique:
Step 1: Find a comfortable position and get your self relaxed and settled. Get into a position that you will be able to maintain easily for the time you are going to hypnotize yourself. It can be sitting or lying down, though sitting is recommended to prevent you from falling asleep. Get yourself centred, just looking in front of you and breathing slowly and easily. Let yourself relax.
Step 2: Think about the length of time that you intend to spend in this state and make a statement to yourself about it such as “I am going hypnotize myself for 20 minutes … ” (or however long you want) You will be delighted to discover how well you “internal clock” can keep track of the time for you.
Step 3: What would you like to get out of this? Make a statement to yourself about the reason you want to hypnotize yourself. In this process, you allow your unconscious mind to work on an issue rather than giving suggestions throughout, (that is another technique) so our purpose statement should reflect that fact. Here’s how I recommend you phrase it to yourself : ” I am going to hypnotize myself for the purpose of allowing my unconscious mind to make the adjustments that are appropriate to assist me in _____________.”
Filling in the blank with what you want to achieve such as “developing more confidence in social situations.” The actual words aren’t nearly as important as the fact your statement acknowledges that you are turning this process over to your unconscious mind.
Step 4: Looking in front of you, notice three things, one at a time, that you see. Go slowly, pausing for a moment on each. It is preferable that they be small things, such as a spot on the wall, a doorknob, the corner of a picture frame, etc. Some people like to name the items as they look at them – “I see the hinge on the door frame”.
Step 5: Now turn your attention to your auditory channel and notice, one by one, three things that you hear. (You will notice that this allows you to incorporate sounds that occur in the environment rather than being distracted by them.)
Step 6: Next, attend to your feelings and notice three sensations that you can feel right now. Again, go slowly from one to the next. It is useful to use sensations that usually are outside of your awareness, such as the weight of your glasses, the feeling of your wrist watch, the texture of your shirt on your body, etc.
Step 7: Continue the process using two Visuals, then two auditories and then two kinaesthetics. Then, in the same manner, continue (slowly) with one of each.
You have now completed the “external” portion of the process to hypnotize yourself. Now it’s time to begin the “internal” part.
Step 8: Now close your eyes. Now, bring an image into your mind. Don’t work too hard at this; this is fun, remember? You can construct an image or simply take what comes. It may be a point of light, it may be a beautiful beach, or it could be your car or an apple. I shall not scare you with the ideas that randomly pop into my mind. If something comes to you, just use it. If nothing comes, feel free to put something in your mind.
Step 9: Pause and let a sound come into your awareness or generate one and name it. Although this is technically the internal part, if you should hear a sound outside or in the room with you, it is OK to use that. Remember that the idea is to incorporate things that you experience rather than being distracted by them. Typically, in the absence of environmental sounds; I often imagine hearing whooping hallelujahs from a gospel choir; don’t ask me why, that just happens in my mind.
Step 10: Become aware of a feeling and name it. It is preferable to do this internally – use your imagination. (I feel the warmth of the sun on my face) However, as with the auditory, if you actually have a physical sensation that gets your attention, use that.
Repeat the process with two images, then two sounds, then two feelings. Repeat the cycle once again using three images, three sounds, and three feelings.
Then to complete the process, open your eyes when your alloted time is up – It is not unusual to feel a little bit “spaced out” or wander off somewhat. At first some people think that they have fallen asleep. But generally you will find yourself coming back automatically at the end of the allotted time that you set before you chose to hypnotize yourself. Trust that you weren’t sleeping and that your unconscious mind was doing what you asked of it.
Many people don’t get all the way through the process. That’s perfectly all right. If you should complete the process before the time has ended, just continue with 4 images, sounds, feelings, then 5 and so on. It is a simple way of just getting you acquainted with how to hypnotize yourself.

Who wouldn’t want to learn how to hypnotize someone without them knowing? Maybe you just want to learn how to hypnotize yourself. It’s much faster and easier than you realize. I learned how to do it pretty quickly, within a day or two. [It depends on what technique you start with.] I can’t go into all the details but I got my hands on this product a few days ago and my results were pretty cool actually.
Covert hypnosis is very easy. Almost anyone can do it. [Warning: you need to actually pay attention when you buy the product though. You can accidently cause people to do pretty much anything. Should I find that funny?]
When I got this product, I didn’t know there would be so many advanced techniques. At first I was worried. I wanted to learn how to hypnotize someone without them knowing. I wasn’t prepared for all the crazy abilities in store for me. The power I discovered was a little too much for me to handle. I’m warning you people out there. It’s fun to hypnotize someone without them knowing, but you can go too far. It’s worth the price though because you can go at your own pace.
Think of all the things you can do when you go and buy this! It can be pretty funny. Although I read in BBC that someone in Italy got cashiers to hand over their entire cash stores within a few moments. Very scary stuff!

If I were you, I’d submit your info right away! This game is awesome. It’s known to be the best racing simulation on any console. [In fact, I wanted to get a PS3 simply to play this game.
