Hypnotizing People

When I see junkfood I feel emotionally drawn to eating it, then once I eat it I cannot stop- it is just like being hypnotized or addicted. Any advice on how to break this pattern?

Can you give someone a hypnotic suggestion so that when they come to they realize they actually like their life and they do not want to kill themselves? It is a desperate situation
