    If you want to know how to hypnotize others, it is a lot easier than most seem to think; performing hypnosis can be done easily and effortlessly in a matter of days, not years or months.

    Firstly one requires the right mindset, you need the belief that hypnosis can make incredible changes to people’s lives all over the world, you then must experience it for yourself to fully realize the actuality of this natural process.

    When hypnotizing someone you first learn the basic skill which is tonality.  Tonality is the key to a successful hypnosis session and to produce the greatest results.

    Once you have someone in trance, one of the easiest ways to bring someone out of hypnosis is by saying that once you have completed counting backwards from five to zero; they will come back into the room to a wakeful state, fully alert and refreshed.

    And with every number counted, bring their attention back to the now and of the sounds around the room or the sensations from a body part, or their breathing patterns, bringing them back into the room fully refreshed every time.

    Hypnotized To Forget Someone

    1. The first step is to have the person you are working with sit or lie down. This allows them to get in a comfortable position so they can feel relaxed and worry-free.

    2. The next step is to talk to them in a slow and soothing voice. The whole concept behind hypnosis is to get someone to relax and forget about any worries or fears they may have build up. By talking in a calm voice, they will feel save and comfortable with what you have to say.

    7. When the time has come to emerge the subject, all you have to do is tell them you are going to count to five. When you reach five, tell them their eyes will open and they will feel relaxed.     Does anybody know of an easier way to hypnotize your self? I downloaded ebooks called How to unlock the power of your mind but the instructions in it are not very clear, in fact I think it was written by someone who had to LEARN english. In the book he tells you to do 2 relaxation exercises a week and then move on to hypnotizing your self, but it takes too long and the instructions are a mess. If anyone knows of an easier way to do hypnotize your self, or if you know of any GOOD an easy to understand links that would be great.
