Hypnotizing People

I go to the hypnotist…she charges a fortune…how do I know if it is working? I can hear everything and I remember the whole thing….and I’m just in her chair with my eyes closed listening to her. Is this what hypnosis is?

I have a hypnosis cd that’s an hr long. Is that too long to be in hypnosis? Sometimes i would zone out during the session and even fell asleep!

Say, a person has had three or four drinks – – would that person be more easily hypnotized than, say, a person who is a tea-toddler? Thank you for your info. I suppose that I’m legally over the limit, and I was just wonderin’ …..
