    I asked this question around and been pondering on it and I probably know part of the answer what I should do.Many times I was given suggestions that robbed me of my self confidence.For example:
    I am too fat,dumb, don’t have enough education, I’ll never amount to anything, I’ll never learn, I am stupid, I am retarded, I’ll always be that way,I don’t know how to do anything right.

    You know I was hypnotized when I was given some of these negative post hypnotic suggestions and without realizing, it formed a false belief in my subconscious mind.Today, I may still be responding to those false beliefs thus causing low self esteem and a lack of self confidence.

    So, what should I do now? Do you think the hospital mental health staff can evaluate me, give me advice, protect me against harming myself?
