6. Use visualizations; make the subject see himself or herself after the change has occurred (or as the change is occurring). Also use words that engage emotions such as vibrant, sparkling, thrilling, wonderful, powerful, radiant, loving, generous, exciting, delightful, and beautiful. The more vivid and dramatic the image, the more effective it will be since visualizations are suggestions.

Filed under hypnotizingMay 21My best friend’s ex-g/f got hypnotized to stop smoking and it worked. She heard about it through one of her guy friends that had the same good results.
I did smoke but I’m on the nicotine patch right now and am not having any cravings, so I don’t care much about that.
I’m not overweight. In fact, I’m underweight. But, I would like to get hypnotized to suggest that I start working out hardcore. I’ve always had muscle but not a lot. I’ve wanted to be a non-professional bodybuilder since I was in 7th grade in junior high. I’m 6’5″ and only 200 pounds. I want to get freaky huge but I just don’t have the darn motivation to work out even though my bedroom walls are covered with pics of my favorite bodybuilders and the only magazines I subscribe to are FLEX, Men’s Fitness, and Street Rodder (which doesn’t count–hehe).
Anyway, how much does it usually cost and do you think it can be done? What kind of person do you have to be for it to be successful? Thanks!
